ASG CASTING is a general casting application as well as for mould modelling. ASG Casting provides reproductions that are moderate hardness which makes it suitable for carving. ASG Casting is a wide variety of uses including the production of fibre reinforced cornice sections, tiles and ceiling roses.

Usage

Packing
- ASG CASTING packed in 25 Kg +/-
- ASG CASTING must be stored in a dry place with pallet.
- ASG CASTING unopened bags can be stored up to 12 months in a cool dry place.
Application
Step 1
Add clear water into the tray.
Step 2
Pour ASG CASTING powder and water slowly and thoroughly.
Step 3
Leave powder soaked in the water for 1-2 minutes, then stir until the mixture becomes dense without lumps. Stir for 2-4 minutes until the mixture is dense enough.
Step 3
Pour into the mould while shaking it to prevent air bubbles. Flatten the mixture into the mould and leave it to dry. Remove from the mould when it is completely hardened or dry.
HEALTH & SAFETY
ASG Casting may cause eye, nose, throat or upper irritation. In case of eye contact, immediately hold eyelids apart and flush continuously with running water. If irritation occurs get medical aid immediately.
